Community: APD responds to scene of fatal construction 
site accident on NE 24th earlier today. 

On 1-19-2016, at 11:08 AM, officers responded to 
the construction site at 4512 NE 24th on a public 
accident.  Officers learned that Martin Lowell 
Cline WM 53 had been injured in a construction 
accident.  

Initial information indicates that he was on the 
right side of a large fork lift, just ahead of 
the rear tire.  Another construction worker 
started the equipment and pulled forward.  

Cline was hit by the fork lift.  He was transported 
to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead 
at 11:49 AM.  Justice of the Peace Debbie Horn has 
ordered autopsy.  

APD Traffic Investigations was at the scene of the accident.
